Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive and Transfer to Kibale Forest
Drive through Fort Portal town to the Kibale primate region. Check in and relax under the forest canopy.
Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking & Crater Lakes Hike
Spend the morning tracking chimpanzees in Kibale. In the afternoon, hike up the Ndali-Kasenda crater lakes region for breathtaking views.
Day 3: Drive to Queen Elizabeth & Kazinga Boat Cruise
Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Take a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel to view aquatic wildlife.
Day 4: Morning Game Drive & Transfer to Ishasha Sector
Explore the Kasenyi savannah plains, then drive south to the remote Ishasha sector, famous for tree-climbing lions.
Day 5: Search for Tree-Climbing Lions & Wildlife Drive
Search for lions lounging in the branches of giant fig trees. Observe buffalo herds and elephants wandering near the Congo border.
Day 6: Drive Back to Entebbe Airport
Travel back to Entebbe, stopping at the Equator for lunch and crafts shopping. Transfer to airport for flight home.
